Hello Everyone, my name is Felicia Emel. I am a Professional Licensed Cosmetologist with over 6 years of experience. In 2006, I started by obtaining an education from The Central Pennsylvania Institute of Science and Technology through their Cosmetology program. After completing their 3 year program I received my Cosmetology License. Then, I continued to furthur my education and graduated from Strayer University with a Business Management Degree.
